- Day 1 : Fly to San Jose, Costa Rica
- Day 2 : Whitewater rafting on the Pacuare River
- Day 3 – 4 : Snorkeling, hiking, biking, and on the Caribbean Coast
- Day 5 – 7 : Community service with local school kids of SarapiquÃ
- Day 8 – 9 : Arenal Volcano Canopy tour, hot springs and cavern exploration
- Day 10 – 11 : Hike Tenorio National Park and the Rio Celeste watershed
- Day 12: Explore the caverns of Barra Honda National Park
- Day 13-14: Â Surf lessons, paddle boarding and sea turtles
