- Day 2 Adventure segment begins – Transfer to Osa Peninsula
- Day 3-6 Backpacking in Corcovado National Park
- Day 7-10 Kayaking Golfo Dulce
- Day 11 Transfer to Dominical Region
- Day 12-13 Surf various remote beaches in the area
- Day 14 Enjoy one last surf session in the morning and head back to San Jose.
