The Adventures Under the Sun office is closed for the holidays and reopens Jan. 5. (Download a registration form here). |
Most of the fun will take at a private farm near University for Peace in Ciudad Colón, with field trips to the U Peace park, a private swimming pool and a day trip to Braulio Carrillo National Park. We will do nature-related arts and crafts, play sports and games, sing camp songs and do skits. |
English and Spanish. We always have children who speak no or limited Spanish and others who speak limited English. All staff members are bilingual and activities are explained in both languages. Camp is a great opportunity for your child to use his or her “second language” with new friends. |
Campers must bring the following daily:
- Lunch in lunch box. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase or you may send them with your child. - Sunscreen - Hat - Closed toed tennis shoes with socks (not sandals) - Bathing suit and towel in daypack. There is a shallow children’s pool at the farm where we’ll play water games and refresh ourselves.
