Description: Seeking Costa Rican guides available to lead trips with teenage student groups.
Requirements:
•Must be Costa Rican or have valid work permit for Costa Rica.
•Must have a valid ICT guiding license as well as valid CPR and 1st aid certifications
•Wilderness First Responder preferred
•Fluent in English and Spanish
•21 – 26 years old
•At least 3 years experience working with teenagers
•Outdoor education experience
•Must participate in staff training prior the season

Job Opening- Surf Instructor |
Surf Instructor - Positions Available Teaching Surfing in Costa Rica
Adventures Under the Sun is hiring surf instructors for June-August 2009.
Description: Seeking surf instructors to teach teenagers the wonders of surfing during summer surf programs. All room and board is provided during instruction along with a daily salary. If coming from abroad, airfare is not included.
Requirements:
•Ample surf and travel experience in Costa Rica
•Valid CPR and 1st aid certifications
•Life guarding certification a plus
•At least 5 years of surfing expertise
•Ability to communicate in Spanish
•20 – 27 years old
•Willingness to work/reside in remote areas under simple/camping living conditions
•Previous experience working with teenagers
•Must participate in staff training prior the season

•Basic Knowledge of oceanography
•Knowledge/awareness of local and global environmental issues
